Just arrived and immediately a favourite! Opened in March 2015, the Troquet (bar) des Kneckes pays homage to its Alsatian roots with local proverbs on the walls and ceiling (ideal for learning a few words of Alsatian). This hip brasserie offeres typical dishes at reasonable prices, or dishes from other regions with regional produce (Fish and kneckes, scones with Munster cheese, etc.). Even the coke is Alsatian! (Elsass cola). A tip: stop by for a tarte flambée and return later to try a local beer. Free arcade games and table football add to the fun.
